You provide the lights and all materials (lights, brackets, clips and all hardware). We provide the expert installation.
Most homes land roughly $1,200 to $2,400. About $1,200 for one line across a one-story house, and about $2,400 for a simple layout on a two-story home.
Want us to supply a higher-quality brand? We can order and install better products for you, and with materials included that typically runs up toward about $25 per foot.
Every home is different, so your exact footage is confirmed on site.

Thanks for reaching out about permanent lighting! We put this page together so you have all the basics in one place: our price, which products we recommend, how we mount, and what our warranty covers.

For the best results, go with a quality brand. There are much more reputable permanent lighting brands out there, like Minleon, and we have access to them and can order them for you. With us supplying a quality product and installing it, your project typically runs up toward about $25 per foot.
On a tight budget? The bare minimum is Govee Pro. Govee is a budget brand, the best of the cheaper options, but still a budget product. If you want to keep the project as affordable as possible, we'll install Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro (the regular square-puck style, not the newer odd-shaped models), found on Amazon.
Got a basic kit from Costco or another big-box store? If it's not a Pro version or another kit that can be custom cut, we highly recommend against installing it. Those kits can't be trimmed to fit your roofline and turn into a nightmare to install.

Recommended mounting hardware
We mount your lights to the bottom of the fascia for a clean, finished look.
Our $15/ft price applies when your fascia board is within about 2 ft of the siding, and exposed rafters are no problem at that distance. We still mount right to the bottom of the fascia. Only when the fascia sits farther out (around 3 ft or more) do we need to add a backer board, which costs more, so those homes get a custom quote.
